XL Champion Crowned
The IGTWCC XL Champion has been crowned with manager fatman claiming his 3rd IGT World Club Championship as his team Chiredzi Communist Commune beat qpeace's Beginners Mind RFC 35 - 47 at the Lowbury Stadium in Scotland.
Congratulations to fatman for another fine win, especially away from home and coming back from a 26-16 deficit at half time, would be particularly pleasing, especially when winning against 7 Time Champion qpeace 's Beginners Mind RFC.
Congratulations to all the other winners, who will now be able to represent the IGTWCC in the WCC Masters.

Next we have "The Laboriose Award", which is awarded to the team or teams who I think has shown commitment and effort, and hard work "Above and Beyond" throughout the IGTWCC Tournament. Laboriose is a latin word which is defined as: laboriously, with great effort.
This season we have one recipient of The Laboriose Award, and that is manager NorwichTiger who's New Emanuel RFC had a good run in the Cup, knocking over some good teams this season, but ultimately ending up in 4th Place. He has been with the WCC Comps since at least Season 35, starting at the bottom and rising through the trophy ranks with some nice trophies on the way.
